terms of service

1. You pay 30% before I start the commission. It's non-refundable, since my prices are very low and you can ask me to make as many changes in the sketch phase as you'd like, so be 100% sure that you want to commission me before paying!
2. The deadline will be discussed beforehand. Usually drawing takes me 2-5 days, depending on the complexity.
3. I will constantly update you on the progress and you can ask me to make changes whenever you want to.
4. You will receive the final artwork with just the signature (do not remove it), and you'll be allowed to post and use it freely. I will keep the version with "commission" text all over, and will upload it to my social media with your consent (only if the artwork is a yumeship or includes an oc).
5. Payment will be via Paypal.
6. I have the right to reject the commission.
7. The 30% you paid beforehand is NOT REFUNDABLE and is paid BEFORE I start working on the commission (since my prices are very cheap). The rest of the price (that you pay after the artwork is finished) is also non-refundable.
8. I only accept non-profit commissions for the time being, which means that they are for personal use ONLY and you are not allowed to use them for profit (reselling, merchandise , etc..
9. I am free to upload the artwork to my social media if it's fanart (only with the "commission" text present).
10. I will ask for verification (birth date on an ID) if you order an NSFW artwork, to make sure that you are not a minor.
